With a decade-long dedication to fitness and a personal fitness trainer certification, she developed a comprehensive fitness program aimed at improving mobility, vitality, and overall health. Monique's commitment extends beyond her community, as she actively participates in events with the Wounded Warrior project and played a vital role in pioneering New Jersey's Department of Military and Veterans Affairs Fitness Day program.
