My name is A.J. Rogers & I am a personal trainer and competitor with Team Jarfit. I studied exercise science and nutrition through the ACSM guidelines at Metropolitan State of Denver. I’m a certified nutrition coach, certified personal trainer, corrective exercise specialization and performance enhancement specialization. I have been using my skill set for over 10 years and in that time I’ve worked with hundreds of clients providing a range of fitness training schemes that are tailored to suit clients and their needs.
I decided to get into the fitness industry having spent years of my life being that person who desperately wanted to lose weight and feel good about themselves. Being overweight a great portion of my life, I learned the importance and understanding of proper nutrition and exercise. Now that I have achieved my goals and emerged to the other side I love to use my skills, my experience and my own journey to help others.
My specializations include weight training, full body transformation, sport specific and bodybuilding training, lifestyle and weight management, special population fitness, TRX, group fitness, high intensity/low impact training, core strengthening and functional fitness.
I understand that life can be hectic and it’s often tough to find time to work out. I’ve used my experiences to design time effective programs that are manageable, enjoyable and proven to work. My goal is to help you live and maintain a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
